While many things have changed, one thing remains
the same, our commitment to your safety.
Aerosol Filtration
Every treatment room has a portable high grade HEPA filter. We capture aerosols at their source. Air purifiers with HEPA filtration efficiently capture particles the size of the virus that causes COVID-19. This means a safer space for you.
Social Distancing
You may see that our waiting room will have fewer chairs and that they are set 6 feet apart. We recommend that you limit the number of extra companions to the office to reduce the number of people in the reception area.
Pre Visit Screening
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some questions. If you have symptoms, we will ask that you re-schedule to help us keep everyone healthy.
Contact Free Registration
We recommend that you fill out paperwork on our website to reduce contact during your visit. Images of insurance cards can be emailed to us at dentist@avicennacare.com

Temperature Check
Your temperature will be taken at the time of your visit. If you have a fever, it’s best to stay home until you feel better.
Sanitized Surfaces
The waiting room and reception area will be disinfected throughout the day, including chairs, doorhandles, and the reception desk All surfaces in the clinical area are disinfected in between every patient.
Upgraded PPE
Clinical Staff will be wearing face shields, surgical gowns and certified elastomeric respirators. We take PPE very seriously to keep you and our staff safe.
We Care
We have hand sanitizer available for you to use when you enter the office. If you forgot your mask, let us know! We have one for you.
